Owner Frank Castelli grew up in his father’s auto repair shop right here in Chappaqua — surrounded by mechanics who were more like family than coworkers, learning early on that the way you treat people matters just as much as the work you do. That upbringing shaped everything Castle Auto & Towing is today.

Frank’s background is anything but one-dimensional. He spent his early career operating tow trucks on one of Westchester County’s busiest and most dangerous parkways, where high-pressure recoveries and accident scenes were part of the job.
He owns and operates a construction and contracting company, giving him hands-on experience with excavators, loaders, and heavy equipment that most towing operators simply don’t have.
And for over 20 years, he has served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT — a commitment that deeply influences how Castle Auto & Towing approaches every single call. Scene safety, clear communication, and staying composed under pressure aren’t talking points here. They’re habits built over decades of real emergency response.
