Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Driving from CT to a sports game in NY with my kids I needed emergent towing as we were stranded on the side of the road. I had no idea where I was as we are not from that area. Castle towing was amazing. He knew exactlt where we were based on pictures I sent. Came to us within 15mins of the call towed the car to the shop and was able to fix the issue. This all occured on a Sunday morning the day before a holiday! I highly recommended them! An issue that could have been much worse was fixed and allowed me to drive home to CT safely with my kids in my own car. I am thankful I didnt need to have to figure out a car rental place etc. Even though we are from CT I even saved the tow truck info in my phone just in case we are ever in that area again and need help!

Frank was the operator that assisted me and was very prompt and professional. He assured me that my vehicle would be properly handled and taken care of and I was not disappointed!
