Dawn SoicherSeptember 6, 2026Driving from CT to a sports game in NY with my kids I needed emergent towing as we were stranded on the side of the road. I had no idea where I was as we are not from that area. Castle towing was amazing. He knew exactlt where we were based on pictures I sent. Came to us within 15mins of the call towed the car to the shop and was able to fix the issue. This all occured on a Sunday morning the day before a holiday! I highly recommended them! An issue that could have been much worse was fixed and allowed me to drive home to CT safely with my kids in my own car. I am thankful I didnt need to have to figure out a car rental place etc. Even though we are from CT I even saved the tow truck info in my phone just in case we are ever in that area again and need help!Posted on Google
